Letter of Intent - Dealer

The 46th National Sports Collectors Convention will be held July 29th - August 2nd, 2026 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

For all first time dealers looking to exhibit at an upcoming National Convention: 

• The 2026 Notice of Intent to Exhibit form is now available. We urge anyone looking to exhibit at the 2026 Chicago National to complete the 2026 Notice of Intent form and return it to the address listed on the form by the date specified.

Payment

Payment for the 2026 National can be mailed to the National Office. If you are going to mail your payment, make your check payable to the NSCC and mail to: 
National Sports Collectors Convention, 1488 Deer Park Ave Suite #201, North Babylon, NY 11703

Illinois Department of Revenue - Special Event Tax Payment Form

Special Event Tax Form for the 2026 National. All exhibitors making sales in Illinois are required to report and pay all tax due based on their total receipts within ten (10) days of the close of the exhibit. The current tax rate for the location of the special event is printed on the coupon to assist you in calculating your tax due. If you have questions, call (847)294-4475. This form can also be found in your dealer packet.

Letter of Intent - Corporate

The 46th National Sports Collectors Convention will be held July 29th - August 2nd, 2026 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

For all first time corporates looking to exhibit at an upcoming National Convention: 

• The 2026 Notice of Intent to Exhibit form is now available. Any company that did not have Corporate exhibit space at the 45th National and would like to request consideration for the 46th National is required to complete this form and return is as instructed. Please note that returning Corporate Sponsors are given priority of choice for exhibit space. New requests are considered in order of arrival while space is available.
